- Deep experience with Cloud Security and IoT device deployments
- Strong networking fundamentals: HTTPS/SSL, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, firewalls
- Experience with Linux systems administration
- Hands-on experience with security surveillance and access control systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing technical interactions
- Proven project coordination and professional services delivery skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work onsite 5 days/week in assigned office
- U.S. work authorization and ability to meet FedRAMP eligibility (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert across the full Verkada product suite during post-sales engagements
- Manage deployment projects end-to-end for large and strategic customer accounts
- Configure and fine-tune product features, analytics, and use cases to maximize customer value
- Deliver vendor-led technical training and documentation to customers and partners
- Serve as the primary technical contact for stakeholders from C-level to IT and loss prevention teams
- Collaborate with Global Services Manager and Sales AEs to develop services strategies and identify upsell opportunities
- Evangelize product capabilities internally and externally through demos and technical education
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Networking, IT Security, or related field (required)
