Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement & Operations

Justworks is a mission-driven HR platform helping businesses focus on running their operations while we handle payroll, benefits, and compliance. We are seeking a strategic Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Enablement & Operations to build and scale a best-in-class TA enablement function, improve recruiter and candidate experiences, and partner cross-functionally to attract top technical talent globally.

Skills

  • Proven experience building and scaling TA enablement or operations programs in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Fluency with recruiting technologies, ATS platforms, and emerging AI/automation tools for TA.
  • Strong data literacy with ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Experience designing candidate and recruiter experience improvements and DE&I recruiting best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and vendor negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing TA enablement team and provide ongoing coaching and career development.
  • Design and implement enablement programs, tools, and frameworks that improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Partner with recruiting leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute the annual hiring plan.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage TA technologies, vendors, job boards, and agency relationships to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and run experience-focused initiatives such as employee referrals and diversity recruiting programs.
  • Build a data and insights-driven culture by measuring TA metrics, identifying opportunities, and reporting impact.
  • Represent and model company values in all candidate and employee interactions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Continued professional learning or certifications in HR, talent acquisition, or related fields are a plus.
