We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Director to lead the management of medical leave, disability, and accommodation programs. In this role, you will oversee a high-performing team responsible for delivering compliant, client-focused leave services. You will partner with stakeholders to design and implement operational strategies, drive performance improvements through data and analytics, and ensure exceptional client and employee experiences. This position requires strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills to manage complex operational challenges while mentoring colleagues. Operating in a remote-first environment with periodic travel, you will influence organizational culture, implement best practices, and optimize processes across multiple teams.
