Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate instructor-led and AI-augmented training sessions for CX teams
- Integrate AI-enabled design approaches and authoring tools to develop scalable, personalized curriculum
- Use AI-driven analytics and dashboards to identify skill gaps and measure program impact
- Operationalize AI to automate administrative tasks and streamline program management
- Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, present insights, and align learning outcomes to business goals
- Coach CX professionals and provide targeted feedback to reinforce learning and performance
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD) are a plus but not required
