Commercial Account Executive - France

MinIO is the industry leader in high-performance object storage, powering production infrastructure for large enterprises and delivering AI-scale storage with its AIStor platform. We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Account Executive (France) to own the full sales cycle across commercial and mid-market accounts, driving new business, expansions, and predictable quota attainment while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Skills

  • Proven B2B SaaS or infrastructure sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
  • Experience running complex, technical sales cycles and engaging technical buyers (VPs of Infrastructure, Engineering, Architects).
  • Strong new business sourcing and pipeline generation skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, data infrastructure, or object storage concepts.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business across commercial and mid-market accounts from initial outreach through technical validation, pricing, and close.
  • Manage and expand existing accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and delivering measurable customer value.
  • Articulate MinIO's technical and business value to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Field Architects, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experience and deal execution.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with disciplined forecasting, deal hygiene, and accurate Salesforce records.
  • Use MEDDPICC (or similar) to qualify deals and drive predictable outcomes.
  • Meet and consistently exceed quota with strong pipeline coverage and timely deal progression.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Continued professional sales training or certifications a plus.
