Regional Sales Manager (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager in United States.

The Regional Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives across the East Coast, driving growth, customer engagement, and strategic account management. This role combines relationship building, analytical insight, and operational execution to achieve sales and distribution targets. You will manage key customer accounts, motivate brokers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure promotional programs align with financial goals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while representing premium consumer products with integrity and authenticity.


Accountabilities:
  • Deliver net sales and distribution growth objectives while managing established spending targets.
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with customers and collaborate closely with account managers overseeing distributors.
  • Motivate brokers to achieve sales, distribution, and promotional objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and track customer-specific promotional programs in alignment with financial goals.
  • Manage accounts within CRM/TPM platforms, including promotional entry, maintenance, and deduction management.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity and market trends regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across analytics, marketing, and operations functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, including headquarters responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in sales management and achieving growth objectives.
  • Experience managing brokers and developing customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of both conventional and natural retail channels; experience with Wakefern/Delhaize preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
