Job Description

This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York City, Chicago, or Omaha.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are seeking a collaborative and self-led Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Enablement Consultant to join the Foundations GTM Enablement team, partnering closely with SaaS and Demand Generation Operations teams. You will design and deliver scalable enablement programs that equip our customer‑facing teams with the skills, tools, and processes needed to execute confidently across LinkedIn’s SaaS offerings. We believe enablement is most effective when it is practical, measurable, and embedded into how teams work — not delivered as one-off training.

As a GTM Enablement Consultant, you are responsible for recommendations that influence GTM processes, metrics, and performance. You are highly attuned to the SaaS and Demand Generation organization’s strategy and goals, acting as extension of its leadership team and partnering with senior leaders to provide enablement solutions and change management plans that help increase the organization’s productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end enablement initiatives – from needs analysis and solution design to content development, deployment, and performance measurement – ensuring programs drive measurable impact.
  • Design and deliver integrated enablement solutions that simplify workflows, reduce friction, and accelerate execution across GTM motions through close partnership with SaaS Ops, Demand Gen Ops, Product, and Marketing.
  • Develop and execute strategic enablement plans (SEPs) that drive measurable field behavior change and support key business outcomes.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify knowledge, skill, and process gaps, translating insights into enablement actions that drive measurable behavior change.
  • Drive structured change management, influencing senior leaders and ensuring successful adoption of new tools, processes, and GTM motions.
  •  Create modular, scalable enablement assets, including training content, guides, tool enablement materials, and field‑ready resources.
  • Build trust‑based relationships with field teams and partners to ensure programs align to real business needs.
  • Measure and report on enablement effectiveness, connecting learning outcomes to business KPIs such as adoption, productivity, and performance.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with defined scope, timelines, and success criteria.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Within 3–6 months: Establish strong partnerships with SaaS and Demand Gen Ops and deliver initial enablement programs aligned to GTM priorities. Co-creation of strategic enablement roadmap with ops partners.
  • Within 6–12 months: Launch scalable, data-driven enablement solutions that improve field readiness, adoption of GTM processes, and execution consistency.
  • Ongoing: Be recognized as a trusted enablement consultant who brings clarity, structure, and momentum to complex GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, organizational development, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  •  5+ years of experience across sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, change management, or performance consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SaaS GTM teams or partnering closely with SaaS operations.
  • Background in sales operations, process optimization, or cross-functional GTM transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with customer experience (CX) /employee experience (EX) or journey mapping methodologies
  • 1+ years experience designing and delivering enablement for customer‑facing teams.
  • Strong influence skills with the ability to drive alignment without formal authority.
  • Proven change management experience across behavior, process, and/or technology shifts.
  • Program management capability, with experience owning multiple workstream enablement initiatives.
  • • Familiarity in AI tools, specifically Conversational Intelligence software, Learning Management Systems, AI Enablement software, Project Management software, and MS Excel and Powerpoint.

Suggested Skills:

  • Strategic Enablement Design
  • Change Management & Executive Influence
  • Cross-Functional GTM Orchestration
