Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; knowledge of Salesforce and educational technology tools is ideal.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Position is hybrid with in-office requirements on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Compensation: $40000 - $50000 / Annually

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? As a Language and Literacy Associate (LLA) you will work closely to provide assigned regional sales representatives with a variety of pre- and post- sales-related support for existing and potential K-12 customers. This includes but is not limited to managing service-related requests, presentation preparations, account administration and other related administrative tasks. You will also work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure that alignment between your activities and the team/departmental goals to maximize sales impact on customer satisfaction and success.

SALARY: $40k-$50k annual base salary range
