Manager, Account Executives (Texas)

Justworks is a mission-driven HR and payroll platform helping small and mid-sized businesses simplify HR, benefits, and compliance. The company seeks a data-driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Executives in Texas, driving revenue, refining sales processes, and fostering a high-engagement culture.

Skills

  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales performers
  • Strong CRM and sales tool proficiency (Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Data-driven decision making and analytics
  • Pipeline management and forecasting
  • Recruiting and hiring for sales roles
  • Experience running performance improvement plans and delivering feedback

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, and train high-performing Account Executives aligned with company values and sales methodology
  • Create, implement, and train on sales qualification processes in collaboration with sales leadership
  • Manage day-to-day performance, deliver reviews, and implement performance plans for direct reports
  • Coach and develop direct reports through regular 1:1s and sales coaching
  • Track, analyze, and report sales team metrics to leadership on a regular cadence
  • Ensure proper usage and hygiene of CRM and sales tools
  • Plan and run team meetings, sales contests, and motivational initiatives
  • Meet pre-determined revenue and quota goals through activities of the team
  • Maintain and embody company culture, employee engagement, and DEIB initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Ongoing professional development in sales leadership or related fields preferred
