Lamb is a leading commercial insurance broker focused on non-profits and social services nationwide, known for a mission-driven culture and continuous improvement. The Client Executive will source and sell insurance solutions by prospecting from Lamb’s proprietary database, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal carrier relations and account management teams to place and service policies.

  • Proven phone-based prospecting and outbound sales skills
  • Consultative selling and needs analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Relationship building and client management
  • Familiarity with insurance quoting and placement processes
  • Comfort working with CRM and proprietary prospecting tools
  • Goal-oriented with track record of meeting production targets

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and solicit new clients using Lamb’s proprietary database to create opportunities for policy placement.
  • Directly sell insurance products to new and existing clients to meet production goals.
  • Conduct consultative needs assessments and collaborate with carrier relations to deliver appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Work with assigned Account Managers to service acquired clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Participate in in-house training to maintain product knowledge and refine sales/servicing strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
