Senior ABM Manager

Justworks is a mission-driven HR tech company that helps small businesses simplify payroll, benefits, and compliance. We’re hiring a Senior ABM Manager to build and scale a targeted account-based marketing program, strengthen Sales-Marketing alignment, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact through data-driven, creative campaigns.

Skills

  • Proven ABM strategy and program execution experience
  • Strong experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing analytics
  • Hands-on campaign and program management skills
  • Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms and analytics tools
  • Experience designing multi-touch, cross-channel account journeys
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with direct mail/gifting and personalization tactics
  • Strong reporting, attribution, and data-driven optimization skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end ABM strategy in partnership with Sales leadership and stakeholders, defining target accounts and account-specific plays
  • Lead full lifecycle execution of ABM campaigns, acting as program manager to ensure timely launches and risk mitigation
  • Own and execute key ABM channels including direct mail and gifting, and coordinate with Paid Media and Email channel owners
  • Integrate ABM efforts into broader campaigns by partnering with campaign managers to create cohesive multi-touch account journeys
  • Align closely with Sales and SDR teams on account selection, messaging, and follow-up processes to resolve lead/account ownership conflicts
  • Coordinate with Content and Product Marketing to develop personalized assets and creative tailored to target accounts and personas
  • Establish ABM KPIs, track account engagement and pipeline influence, and provide regular reporting to optimize performance and ROI
  • Leverage and optimize ABM and intent platforms, CRM, and analytics tools to improve targeting, personalization, and measurement
  • Identify and refine ABM processes and cross-functional workflows to support evolving attribution and GTM needs

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience in B2B marketing will be considered
