Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll take the lead in managing full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, primarily in the US. This temporary remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and shape the candidate experience for a high-growth tech company. You'll be empowered to work autonomously, contribute to impactful hiring decisions, and gain exposure to a global team and an innovative open-source product.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive and manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in the US and globally, with a strong focus on go-to-market positions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and agencies.
  • Provide consistent communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within tech or startup environments.
  • Proven ability to recruit across diverse functions, including technical and sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Comeet experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles independently.
  • Must be available to work US hours and begin no later than September 1st.
  • Quick learner with a creative and resourceful approach to talent acquisition.
