As a Talent Sourcer at MKS, you will play a critical role in sourcing exceptional talent to meet the evolving demands of our business and nurture a positive company culture to retain top talent. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Global Sourcing, Talent Intelligence, and TA Operations.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define job requirements, team functions, and ideal candidate profiles for critical, difficult, and visible positions.
Develop and execute impactful sourcing techniques that incorporates Boolean building and multi-channel searches.
Proactively reach out to passive candidates through personalized messaging and strategic networking efforts.
Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations.
Conduct comprehensive screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and availability, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Demonstrate a deep-research oriented understanding of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging best practices.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience sourcing R&D and technical professionals.
Experience using sourcing and insights tools such as chrome extensions, LinkedIn, indeed, X-ray Search, SeekOut, Talent Neuron, LinkedIn Insights, ATS, etc.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships while meeting critical deadlines.
Ability to build rapport and effectively tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests.
