Job Description
AHRC New York City is seeking a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist for their Recruitment Department.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year plus a comprehensive Benefit package. See Benefit information below.
Schedule: Monday -Friday 9am-5pm
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track applicants, maintain ATS and other data tracking reports.
- Monitor and maintain Vacancy reports in a timely manner.
- Assist with posting vacant positions in ATS.
- Review applicant resumes on ATS and other job boards and recommend viable candidates to be interviewed.
- Assist with initial interviews of viable candidates in both in-office and at on-site job fair settings and recommend candidates to hiring manager.
- Conduct other recruiting activities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years of experience in the Recruiting/Human resources field is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact and communicate with diverse populations and all levels of stakeholders within the agency.
- Ability to use a computer and perform tasks using MS Office applications required. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems a plus.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks according to assigned deadlines.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks.
