The Talent & People Operations Specialist will provide recruiting, project, and operations support to the human resources function. The specialist will spend approximately 50% of their time supporting recruitment through the full lifecycle, with a focus on positions up to and including “manager” level. The other half of their work will include managing People & Culture’s (P&C) operational processes and programs, providing research and data analysis, supporting departmental meetings and events, and improving systems and workflows. The specialist should be a team player who is flexible to the fluctuating needs of the P&C department and can effectively manage their time spent on recruiting versus operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to “level up” their experience in talent acquisition and broad HR functions.
This position will report to the Senior Manager, Talent and Development and will support the Director, People & Culture on operational initiatives.
