Bereavement Coordinator - PHIL-HH/PC Hospice OP (RH)

Responsibilities

Under the direction of department Manager/Director, the Bereavement Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of all grief support programs and services provided by the facility. Coordinates the assessment and delivery of grief counseling needs and services to ensure timely and appropriate services are provided to family/caregivers.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1.     Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred.

2.     Licensed clinician in state. 3.     Knowledge regarding grief and loss, experience in working with bereaved individuals and grief reactions, required.

4.     Current driver’s license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile.

Prime Healthcare Home Care and Hospice offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $33.31. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
