The Role:
We’re hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to work in-person from our NYC office. You’ll provide support to our leadership team while keeping daily office operations seamless, efficient, and organized.
What You’ll Do:
Manage calendars, correspondence, and meeting prep for execs
Oversee office operations: vendors, supplies, space setup
Lead planning for team events, offsites, and team culture moments
Track key projects and ensure timely execution across priorities
What We’re Looking For:
2–5+ years in EA, office manager, office ops roles or other similar roles
Strong writing, communication, and coordination skills
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Notion, Google Workspace and other similar tools
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
