As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will improve SpotOn’s recruiting strategy by succeeding in a wide spectrum of initiatives; including, but not limited to, delivery on + sharing of daily sourcing tactics, strategic management of high-volume requisitions with our Regional Sales Leadership, and planning strategic recruiting initiatives that help our teams grow in new, fun, and creative ways.
