Contract Network Development Recruiter

Join a fast-paced, mission-driven team where you’ll be instrumental in expanding healthcare provider networks across the country. This fully remote, phone-intensive role centers on negotiating contracts with a diverse range of professional and ancillary providers. You’ll lead the entire engagement process—from initial outreach to contract execution—while collaborating with internal teams to meet performance targets. Ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make an impact in healthcare administration.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead outreach efforts to recruit healthcare providers—including specialists, group practices, and ancillary providers—into client networks.
  • Manage complex contracting and negotiations for both fee-for-service and value-based agreements.
  • Effectively communicate the value of network participation to providers and their administrators.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and contract statuses within internal systems.
  • Collect and reconcile contracts and required documentation in a timely and organized manner.
  • Perform research to obtain contact information and update provider demographics as needed.
  • Follow up diligently to resolve missing documentation or escalate provider concerns according to protocol.
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined productivity goals and recruitment targets.
  • Identify barriers to progress and proactively contribute to project success.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–4 years of experience in contracting, inside sales, or lead generation with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, especially in phone-heavy environments.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a persuasive, results-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working independently and navigating multiple stakeholder interactions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
