Customer obsessed focus in building products that solve real problems in the industry. Moving fast and iterating rapidly to get closer to solving real problems. Great team that's passionate about the mission, customers and product. Not a company to hide if you aren't interested in doing the work. Not 'the old company' anymore. There are comments about the company changing and not being the same, but I think this is a good thing. The only consistent thing in the world is change. If you're not changing, you're dying. As the company grows and learns, change is inevitable, and HappyCo hasn't been afraid to embrace change. One of the most transparent companies I've been at. Full sharing of financials, access to execs, ability to ask any questions you want without fear or retaliation or non-answers.Cons
Flew too close to the sun so to speak. Definitely grew a bit faster than should have, which caused some instability in the company leading to a lot of the complaints previously mentioned.
