This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager in New York (USA).

We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and manage partner relationships across the Northeast region. This role combines strategic sales, account management, and customer engagement, with significant travel to support partners and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in smart home, access control, or security industries and a proven track record of building strong relationships with wholesale and reselling partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to expand market share. This is a remote position with a dynamic, fast-paced environment and opportunities for professional growth and impact.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and reselling partners as a trusted advisor.
  • Serve as the primary contact for pre-sales and post-sales support in the Northeast region.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer communication, follow-up, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand market share and maximize territory revenue.
  • Travel regularly (50% – 75%) to meet clients and support partners.
  • Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and/or account management experience, preferably in gate systems, smart home, security, or access control industries.
  • Proven experience building and managing strong partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Positive, proactive work style with a strong internal drive and enthusiasm for technology.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
