As a Lead Engineer, Integrations, you will drive the development and maintenance of critical data integrations that ensure seamless operations across complex platforms. This hands-on role combines technical leadership with deep engineering expertise, giving you ownership over the full lifecycle of integrations, from design to production rollout. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data flows reliably, efficiently, and securely. Your work will directly impact platform stability, operational efficiency, and product growth. This is a unique opportunity to influence engineering patterns, mentor other engineers, and solve challenging integration problems in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, resilient integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems.
• Own the full integration lifecycle, including planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to guide technical direction, resolve issues, and advocate for system requirements.
• Build reusable patterns, documentation, and processes to enable faster and more reliable integration delivery.
• Monitor and optimize existing integrations for performance, throughput, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Customer Success to resolve incidents and ensure smooth partner experiences.
• Mentor engineers on integration best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes, monitoring, and system reliability.

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET Core, APIs, and Entity Framework.
• Strong experience building and maintaining REST APIs, webhooks, background workers, message queues, and batch pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of building reliable, distributed systems and resilient integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, set direction, and mentor other engineers.
• Proven experience working with third-party vendors and commercial software products.
• Familiarity with authentication models for legacy systems, including API keys, token rotation, and basic auth.
• Experience designing and operating integrations for on-premise and cloud-based systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely responses to production incidents.
• Authorization to work in the United States; remote work within EST hours.
