Sr Business Development Manager, Web3 Community

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Business Development Manager, Web3 Community in United States.

We are seeking a highly connected and execution-driven professional to lead community-driven growth initiatives for a cutting-edge Web3 platform. This role focuses on building global user acquisition strategies, expanding ambassador networks, and cultivating partnerships with key influencers and KOLs. You will design referral, rebate, and commission systems while optimizing campaigns to maximize engagement, trading volume, and retention. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations, you will help shape the platform’s global presence and play a critical role in scaling its community ecosystem. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, decentralized environment where innovation, data-driven insights, and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.


Accountabilities:
  • Design, launch, and optimize referral, rebate, and commission programs to drive sustainable user acquisition.
  • Build and scale global community nodes, ambassador networks, and super-team structures in key markets.
  • Recruit, manage, and incentivize KOLs and influencers to drive traffic, engagement, and platform adoption.
  • Gather market insights and user feedback to inform product development and enhance community experiences.
  • Monitor and iterate on campaign performance metrics including conversion rates, retention, and ROI.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and enablement for community ambassadors and nodes across regions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align growth initiatives with broader strategic objectives.
  • Continuously refine and improve community-driven growth strategies using AI tools and analytics.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of business development, growth, or community management experience in DeFi, DEX, or crypto exchanges.
  • Proven success with referral, commission, or rebate-based user acquisition models.
  • Experience building or managing ambassador/community node frameworks.
  • Strong network within global Web3 communities, KOLs, and developer ecosystems.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Highly self-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in decentralized, fast-moving environments.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
