I joined under the original leadership of the company, and it was fine, but thats about it. Company didn't feel that it was growing into what it needed to be and the leadership was ok with it just kinda bumping along. I was starting to look at new positions when the new leadership came in. They really changed the culture to a more driven and motivated culture. They saw potential in the company and wanted to make it the best they could be. Unfortunately, some of my colleagues didn't feel the same.Cons
