As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing a large territory of enterprise accounts and cultivating strong customer relationships. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while collaborating closely with business development resources, sales engineers, and partner networks. · Manage and grow a large portfolio of enterprise accounts across your region.
· Prospect, network, and continually add to your sales pipeline.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring value delivery throughout the sales cycle.
· Collaborate with partners and internal teams to maximize customer engagement and revenue opportunities.
· Understand SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) solutions, market trends, and competitive landscape to position offerings effectively.
· Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and engage with stakeholders from end-users to C-level executives.
· Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain sales hygiene using tools such as Salesforce and Clari.
· 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience; 3+ years in cybersecurity preferred.
· Strong customer-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility across multiple stakeholders.
· Knowledge of common SaaS platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, ServiceNow, Workday, is a plus.
· Experience with Salesforce, Clari, or other CRM/sales tools preferred.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to educate prospects on new technologies.
· Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

· Competitive base salary with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $320,000 USD (50/50).
