In just 15 months, we’ve grown our team to 25, power 1000+ service businesses nationwide, and have teamed up with industry giants to put our cutting-edge tech in the hands of the people who keep America running.

We’re looking for someone as ambitious, driven, and excited about our vision as us. Our perfect candidate would have the following experiences/capabilities:
5-7+ years in software sales (preferably SMB SaaS, extra bonus for home services)
Experience leading and scaling sales teams as an AE or higher, achieving “well beyond quota” outcomes
Deep understanding of software tools such as HubSpot, Orum, Salesloft, Notion, Zapier, etc.
Exceptional communicator with a strong understanding of cold call pitches, optimal follow up sequencing, demo-call formats, and broader sales oriented communication skills
Excellent intuition for the cross-functionality between customer success, product, partnerships and operations
A good “person” who does the right thing when nobody else is looking and can lead by example
Unmatched energy—one who lights up the room when they walk in
Well versed understanding of unit economics, revenue goals, and what it takes to be a world-class frontlines sales leader
Manage the entirety of Rebolt’s sales process and team, end to end—from prospecting to close to customer success hand off, which entails—
Leading a team of full-cycle BDRs, facilitating daily stand ups, individual coaching, live cold calling sessions, demo call training and more
Recruiting, training and developing future BDRs
Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue/quota targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Working cross functionally with customer success, product, partnerships and operations to ensure the smoothest customer journey
Work closely with the COO and leadership team to set revenue goals, structural objectives, and future sales roadmap
