Mid-Market Account Executive

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive in the United States.

This role focuses on driving growth in the mid-market segment by managing accounts, developing new business, and strengthening partner relationships. You will engage directly with customers and partners to identify opportunities, execute sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your influence will shape regional sales performance and partner engagement. You will leverage your expertise in sales, channel development, and territory planning to deliver measurable results. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and enablement, ensures aligned efforts across campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving sales environment.


  • Accountabilities
  • Drive new business development and manage a pipeline within the assigned territory, targeting companies with 51–1000 employees.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, recruiting and onboarding new partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Execute territory and account plans, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and deliver campaigns, events, and programs that generate interest and engagement among partner customers.
  • Develop joint partner business plans with measurable outcomes and track partner performance against financial goals.
  • Influence and educate partner teams to enable proactive demand generation and consistent sales success.
  • Participate in multiple channel initiatives across technical, professional services, and sales functions.

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4–8 years of outside sales or business development experience, preferably in high-tech IT; experience with IT security products is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and driving partner growth.
  • Strong knowledge of SMB/SME reseller and MSP channels and relationships across a multistate region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or within a collaborative team.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments is desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, G Suite, and MS Office applications.
