Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a frontline leadership role or as a team lead is preferred, along with a successful track record of meeting revenue targets.
Location: This position can be worked remotely anywhere in the continental U.S. or SLC office.
Compensation: $130000 - $140000 / Annually

Reporting to the Managing Director of Sales, Business & Government, you will work with sales reps to identify, qualify and capture new and expansion sales opportunities to retire quarterly and annual targets. You will have a solid understanding of Canvas learning platforms and products, and be able to create and manage business for a large region. Developing Sales Reps, working cross-functionally within the organization and building regional strategy are key aspects of this role.

$130,000 - $140,000 a year
On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $260,000 – $280,000 annually. Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, market conditions, and individual performance against sales goals. This is a 50/50 split with uncapped commissions.
