Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor)

We are looking for a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator on a temporary 3-month contract basis (with the optionality to extend). Reporting directly to the Recruiting Operations Manager, you will support our recruitment efforts with the objective to help us build exceptional teams and grow our organization by coordinating a high-volume of recruiting activities. This is a highly visible role with significant interaction with senior leadership across the company.

This role will be based in South San Francisco at insitro's headquarters, with the expectation that you are available to be in the office on average 2-3 days per week (can flex to 5 days depending on onsite volume and business need).

Responsibilities

• Own the seamless candidate experience from scheduling interviews to managing candidate meetings onsite and offsite, including the coordination of candidate travel and expense reimbursements, while ensuring that the candidate feels supported and informed at every step of the process

• Work within our ATS (Ashby) to track candidate progress from initial contact through the offer stage and maintain our team's data integrity

• Become a subject matter expert on all Recruiting Operations tools and processes, including our tech stack, and documenting standard operating procedures for the team

• Develop relationships with internal partners, gaining recognition as a point person with a "can-do" mindset of "I'm here to help!" and "Let's find a solution" to assist selection teams and hiring managers with their day-to-day needs

About You

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator

• Experience managing multiple interview events on a calendar simultaneously

• Experience managing scheduling for executive-level roles and working with Executive Assistants

• Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred, Greenhouse, or Lever), and other recruiting tools, whether they are scheduling assistants, job description builders, or data visualization platforms

• Experience with a scheduling assistant (Modernloop or Goodtime).

• You have a working knowledge of spreadsheets management (Excel or Google Sheets)

Compensation & Benefits at insitro

Our target starting salary for successful US-based applicants for this role is $46 - $50/hr. To determine starting pay, we consider multiple job-related factors including a candidate's skills, education and experience, market demand, business needs, and internal parity. We may also adjust this range in the future based on market data.
