Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery calls to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposal negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide post-sale support and ensure a seamless client handover to the Customer Success team.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management (preferably SaaS or tech).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
  • Experience managing inbound and outbound sales processes.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
