Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to understand business goals and align HR initiatives to support short- and long-term objectives
- Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee relations investigations, corrective action, and retention strategies
- Drive talent development and career growth programs in collaboration with talent and learning teams
- Collaborate with HR Operations to streamline processes and improve HR workflows
- Maintain and apply knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliance
- Cultivate an inclusive workplace by supporting ERGs and employee engagement programs
- Document and manage employee relations cases, ensuring confidentiality and consistent application of policies
- Support change management efforts and provide consultative HR support during organizational initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant HR experience accepted
