Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential candidates for various job openings
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews in Danish and English
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients and candidates alike
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Maintain accurate records within our candidate databases
- Assist in all phases of the recruitment process and provide excellent support
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our talent acquisition strategies
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- No previous recruitment experience required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with online job boards and social media platforms is a bonus
- Willingness to travel to Greece for a fully paid 3-month training program
