We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Manager of Operational Excellence to join our Global Talent team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to enhancing efficiency, speed, and collaboration within Global Talent. This role is responsible for overseeing and advancing our processes, ensuring agility, and optimizing our operational frameworks.
To thrive in the role, the individual must possess a strong understanding of corporate Talent Management, Learning and Development (preferably in a fast-paced technology organization), an employee-centric mindset, experience with adopting GenAI, and agile and analytical approach to workflow and process improvement. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,900.00 to 153,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
