Responsibilities
- Run a full desk responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to define headcount, hiring strategy, and requisition priorities
- Source passive candidates using targeted campaigns, cold outreach, and networking
- Screen applicants and recommend top candidates to client groups
- Coordinate and attend interviews, give candidate tours, and manage onsite candidate experience
- Manage offer process including background checks, negotiations, and extending offers
- Track and report recruiting metrics and candidate funnel progress
- Maintain compliance with ITAR and other export regulations as required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or associate degree with additional experience)
- Equivalent professional recruiting experience accepted per basic qualifications
