Grammarly is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their Compensation team in a hybrid role, responsible for designing and administering global compensation programs to ensure competitive pay practices.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include analyzing and benchmarking compensation programs, leading compensation projects, developing compensation tools and reports, and providing consultative guidance to HR and management.
Skills: The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in compensation principles and market pricing tools, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 4–7+ years of experience in compensation analysis, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Location: This position is hybrid, allowing flexibility to work from both home and the office, situated in the United States or Canada.
Compensation: $142000 - $218000 / Annually

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $158,000 – $218,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $142,000- $196,000/year (USD)
