Responsibilities
- Develop, coach, and scale a team of experienced Enterprise Sales Leaders and their direct reports
- Drive consistent attainment of team revenue and quota goals
- Support strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customer needs and mapping Gong’s value to outcomes
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and regular team performance reporting
- Partner with sales leadership to refine and institutionalize a repeatable enterprise sales process
- Remove obstacles and optimize team productivity, process, and efficiency
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within multimillion-dollar accounts
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Continuous professional development in sales leadership or business-related fields preferred
