Good intentions, poor execution. Leadership means well but seems out of touch with how things actually work on the ground.

I learned a lot here, but man… the approval process is sloooow. You’ll need patience.

Management is hit or miss. My boss is great, but I’ve heard horror stories from other departments.

They care about employees, invest in growth, and actually celebrate wins. Couldn’t ask for a better place to be.
