Lead Talent Partner, GTM

Flex is a growth-stage fintech modernizing rent payments to give renters greater flexibility and control. We are seeking a Lead Talent Partner, GTM to own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, RevOps, Business Development and other go-to-market teams, partnering with leadership to scale hiring, design compensation, and improve hiring operations during rapid company growth.

Skills

  • Proven full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM/Sales roles
  • Compensation design and offer negotiation
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Data-driven recruiting and familiarity with recruiting metrics
  • Proficiency with ATS (preferably Greenhouse), Google Workspace and Slack

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for GTM roles from sourcing through offer handoff and onboarding.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Customer Success and GTM leadership to define role profiles and hiring priorities.
  • Design and execute attraction strategies for quota-carrying, customer-facing, and market-facing roles across seniority levels.
  • Manage interview processes: prescreening, interview prep, scheduling, debriefs, and calibration with hiring teams.
  • Build and manage high-quality pipelines including sourcing, internal mobility, and external agency partnerships.
  • Create and present competitive compensation packages; lead offer strategy and negotiation with discretion.
  • Project-manage hiring initiatives to improve scalability, process efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with People Operations on workforce planning, capability gaps, and hiring metrics/reporting.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Relevant HR/Talent/Business certifications a plus
