Account Executive, SMB - Figma Weave (New York, United States)

Figma is a design platform focused on making design and collaboration accessible to teams of all sizes. The Account Executive, SMB for Figma Weave will generate new business and manage inbound prospects in the assigned territory, build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and guide customers through evaluation and purchase decisions.

Skills

  • Proven experience closing software/SaaS deals in an outbound sales function
  • Consistent track record meeting pipeline generation and net-new business targets
  • Experience managing high-volume sales cycles and prioritizing accounts
  • Strong discovery, value-selling and deal-qualification skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales processes
  • Comfort engaging technical stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Design) — preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a pipeline of SMB accounts from inbound and outbound activity to meet quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Use discovery and value-selling techniques to build and deepen relationships with key decision-makers
  • Align customer needs with Figma’s product roadmap and AI-native innovations to solve business challenges
  • Tier and prioritize accounts through thorough analysis and manage high-volume sales cycles
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to move deals forward and close business
  • Leverage in-person meetings and networking opportunities to advance relationships and opportunities

Education

  • No specific degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Relevant sales or business education and equivalent experience considered
