Director of Sales

Reliant Health Partners is a pre-payment claims repricing provider focused on reducing costs for group health plans and workers' compensation. They are seeking a Director of Sales to develop and expand broker and benefit consultant relationships, drive new business sales, and help scale the company's cost-containment product suite during a period of rapid growth backed by Shore Capital Partners.

Skills

  • Proven success selling to health insurance brokers and benefit consultants
  • Knowledge of group health cost-containment and/or workers' compensation cost drivers
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain high-value relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a broker-focused sales strategy to generate broker activity and new business
  • Leverage existing broker relationships and establish new relationships with benefit consultants and insurance brokers to meet sales targets
  • Create awareness of Reliant’s group health products across assigned territory
  • Provide consultative services to prospects and clients to align solutions with client needs and maximize plan savings
  • Track sales activity and KPIs in Salesforce and present monthly pipeline and results to management
  • Adhere to Reliant’s standardized pricing by product and sales policies
  • Communicate value proposition and product updates via virtual and in-person broker interactions and conferences
  • Collaborate with implementation, account management, and operations to meet client service standards and resolve impediments

Education

  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
