About Moca Network


Moca Network, one of Animoca Brands' flagship projects, is building the chain-agnostic digital identity infrastructure for the open internet by providing one universal account for a user's assets, identity, and reputation across multiple ecosystems. The primary product built by Moca Network is AIR Kit, a digital identity infrastructure that  enables Web2 and Web3 projects to create a universal embedded account for users to own and use digital assets, identity, and reputation data, while gaining access to a suite of DeFi and consumer services provided by Moca Network's partners. AIR Kit empowers large user base apps to create their own app ecosystem natively with embedded blockchain features, while ensuring these users can use the same account, identity, reputation across all consumer apps on any chains that have adopted AIR Kit.


Job Summary:

We're looking for a Head of US to be our face in the market and lead our expansion across the United States. This is a player-coach role: you'll own strategy and execution, represent Moca at the highest levels, and work hands-on to source and close enterprise deals.

You'll be the voice of Moca Network in the US market—on stage, in meetings, and across the ecosystem. You'll build relationships with senior executives at major consumer brands, fintech companies, and data platforms. And you'll partner closely with our HQ team in Asia to shape how we position and commercialize our offerings.

This role is ideal for someone who has sold complex B2B solutions into enterprise accounts, understands the identity or data space, and thrives in fast-moving, always evolving environments. You should be comfortable representing a web3 company to traditional enterprises, and equally comfortable translating our technology into clear business value.


Responsibilities:
  • Be the face of Moca Network in the US. Represent the company at industry conferences, panels, and events. Build our brand through speaking engagements, media opportunities, and thought leadership. Make sure the right people know who we are and what we're building.
  • Source and close enterprise deals. Own the full sales cycle—from identifying target accounts to negotiating commercial terms with senior executives. Focus on high-value partnerships with companies in travel, loyalty, payments, fintech, and data industries.
  • Build strategic relationships. Develop deep relationships with decision-makers at potential partners, customers, and ecosystem players. Be a trusted advisor who understands their business and can position Moca's solutions effectively.
  • Shape our go-to-market. Work closely with HQ to refine our positioning, pitch materials, pricing, and commercial models for the US market. Bring market feedback to product and strategy teams to ensure we're building what the market needs.
  • Drive brand awareness and growth. Partner with marketing to develop US-specific campaigns, events, and partnerships that build awareness and generate pipeline.


Requirements:
  • Enterprise sales experience. You've sold complex B2B SaaS, identity, or data solutions into large organizations. You know how to navigate procurement, build champions, and close deals.
  • Relevant industry background. Experience in travel, loyalty, payments, fintech, or data industries is strongly preferred. You understand the problems these companies face and can speak their language.
  • Executive presence. You're comfortable in the room with C-suite executives, on stage at major conferences, and in front of a camera. You communicate complex ideas clearly and build trust quickly.
  • Builder mentality. You're not looking for a playbook—you want to write one. You're energized by ambiguity and can build something from nothing.
  • Web3 curiosity. You don't need to be a crypto native, but you should be genuinely curious about blockchain, digital identity, and the future of data ownership. You can bridge traditional enterprise buyers and web3 technology.
