Specialty Sales Representative - Charlotte East

ARS Pharmaceuticals is an innovative biopharma company focused on bringing novel products to improve patient outcomes, including the recent launch of neffy, an intranasal epinephrine product. We are seeking a field-based Specialty Sales Representative for the Charlotte East territory to lead launch activities, drive brand recognition and adoption across hospitals, IDNs, and specialty accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to support payer access and patient support goals.

Skills

  • Proven hospital/IDN or specialty account sales experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in-person and virtually
  • Ability to influence multi-stakeholder decision-making
  • Familiarity with payer dynamics and formulary access strategies
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, launch-phase environments
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Veeva, Tableau)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver product and disease-state presentations to HCPs, pharmacists, nurses, hospital administrators, and office staff
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders
  • Execute territory account plans to meet or exceed sales and adoption objectives
  • Collaborate with market access, sales operations, and internal teams to enable formulary access and patient support
  • Use live and virtual platforms to engage customers and communicate brand value
  • Navigate payer landscapes and support HUB and payer-related tools to enable patient access
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Travel within territory (up to 25% or more) for customer meetings and events

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (business or life sciences preferred)
  • MBA or MS preferred but not required
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
