Partner Growth Manager - job 1 of 3

Affirm is a consumer-focused fintech reinventing credit to offer transparent, no-hidden-fee buy-now-pay-later solutions. They seek a driven Partner Growth Manager to own and expand a portfolio of payments partnerships, deliver measurable revenue and merchant acquisition outcomes, and execute cross-functional go-to-market plans.

Skills

  • 7+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth-focused roles
  • Proven ability to drive measurable growth through partnerships
  • Strong commercial instincts and deal execution from ideation to close
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional execution
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Comfort working independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a named portfolio of existing payments partnerships to expand business value and accelerate revenue.
  • Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities within partner relationships that align with Affirm’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies and cross-functional execution plans for each partnership.
  • Negotiate partnership amendments, renewals, and commercial terms to support evolving business goals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across partner organizations, from working teams to mid-level leaders.
  • Monitor partnership performance against KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Advocate internally for partner needs while maintaining high standards for performance and value creation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to support roadmaps and campaigns that enhance partner success.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced degree optional/preferred but not required
