Deal Strategy & Execution Transform the Deal Desk function by shifting from reactive case handling to a proactive, strategic partnership with Sales. Provide strategic deal support to Account Executives and Sales leadership on complex opportunities, including deal structure, pricing strategy, and negotiation guidance. Lead commercial and contractual negotiations in partnership with Sales, collaborating directly with customer procurement and legal teams as needed. Process, Policy & Governance Establish and track KPIs to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize operational efficiency. Partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of customer deals. Engage directly with Regional Vice Presidents to support strategic territory-level deal planning and coaching. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on commercial strategy, packaging, and overall revenue execution. 2+ years of Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Pricing, or related experience in SaaS or enterprise technology. Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, commercial contracts, and deal structures. Ability to navigate complex deals and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with Salesforce, CPQ tools, Clari, or similar systems. Highly organized with a track record of improving processes and driving operational efficiency.
