Hospital Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist - Fort Worth, TX

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company focused on delivering patient-centric products across multiple therapeutic areas. The company seeks a highly motivated, experienced Hospital Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to manage a wide geographic territory in the Fort Worth area, build relationships with hospital decision makers, drive product adoption, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Skills

  • Territory planning and account management
  • Hospital and institutional selling (Buy-and-Bill familiarity)
  • Strong clinical comprehension and ability to present complex information
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Veeva, Salesforce)
  • Excellent presentation and virtual engagement skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to target and penetrate hospital/health system accounts
  • Call on physicians, nurses, advanced practitioners, pharmacists, and other hospital stakeholders across multiple clinical settings (OR, ICU, hospital pharmacy, physician offices)
  • Communicate complex clinical messages clearly and concisely to healthcare providers in real-time
  • Utilize data sources and CRM to prioritize opportunities and maximize ROI
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and profitability goals
  • Track and manage territory activity and customer information using CRM (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, management, medical) and participate in periodic field travel

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
