The Manager of Talent Development and Belonging is responsible for leading and executing comprehensive employee training programs and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to enhance employee skills, promote a culture of belonging, and support organizational goals. This role will design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences and cultivate an inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and strategic and have a strong background in instructional design, training delivery, and DEI program development.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and proficient in Microsoft Office and instructional design applications and learning management systems. Strong communication skills, leadership, facilitation, and time-management abilities, and a commitment to delivering a seamless training experience are essential for success in this role. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required.
