Job Description


As a Human Resources Intern at Olsson, you will partner with our HR team and assist with performance management reviews, data entry, running various HR reports, performing routine I9 audits, preparing onboarding materials for new employees, and assisting with other HR projects as assigned. This is a year-round internship, starting part-time during the school year (20-25 hours/week) working around academic schedules.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team
  • Pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work 20 to 25 hours per week during the 2025-2026 school year in our Oklahoma City, OK office, with availability on Fridays required
