Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to align people initiatives with business objectives
- Design and analyze engagement and onboarding feedback surveys to drive improvement
- Conduct exit and stay interviews to inform retention strategies
- Develop HR metrics dashboards focused on team performance and engagement
- Build scalable Culture & Engagement initiatives
- Advise leadership on employee relations, organizational design, and talent planning
- Lead performance management and career development programs
- Drive cross-functional projects enhancing employee experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field required
