Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership as a trusted recruitment advisor
- Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Drive diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives focused on underrepresented groups
- Develop scalable, structured hiring plans and evaluation processes
- Provide an inspiring and supportive candidate experience throughout the interview process
- Build recruitment processes and programs to scale ongoing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Total Rewards and People Operations
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree preferred but not specifically required
