- Strong ability to source and evaluate technical talent.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting and full life cycle recruiting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Partner with client groups to discuss hiring strategy and requisitions.
- Screen and review candidates applying for various technical roles.
- Source qualified candidates, including passive candidates.
- Recommend and present top candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate candidate experience during onsite interviews and tours.
- Support interview panels and provide additional evaluation perspective.
- Manage offer processes including background checks, negotiations, and offer extensions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years recruiting experience; or associate degree with 2+ years recruiting experience; or 3+ years professional recruiting experience without degree.
